Cancellation Policy

The $150 deposit is Non-refundable & required to secure your appointment. Balance due on day of treatment. You can reschdule your appointment without penalty if: It is more than 72 hours from your appointment date/time. You have never rescheduled your appointment before. Your deposit will be forfeited if: It is less than 72 hours from your appointment date/time. You have previously rescheduled your appointment. You are more than 20 minutes late (the session will also be cancelled). You no-show.
